Talk about great! Honest and trustworthy. I've been using this shop for repair work for the last 10 years. The owners are salt of earth! The mechanics are very kind and knowledgeable. I've never once had an issue. They do exactly what they say they are going to and never charge a cent more than quoted.

Silver Star is the best most straightforward honest automotive repair shop in Spokane. They give you the information on you needed repairs the estimate for the work. Some work can be accomplished in incremental repair. The owner Scott and the staff are great. They take time to explain what needs to be done and they do an excellent job. I won’t take ma car anywhere else. I have been a customer there at silver Star for 25 years. I was there when Allan owned the company.

Al and his team are extremely honest! This place was recommended to me from someone I didn't really know. I wasn't sure what to expect. I have been taken advantage of by a few others in town. The quote was under what I was expecting. They went out of their way to make sure I got my car back in the time. This is the first time I have written a review regarding automotive. I have been doing business with Silver Star for about 20 years. I had an experience with a car dealer out of town recently that made me think about how much I appreciate having a local shop that is so dependable and trust-worthy. These guys have taken great care of German and US cars for me over the years, along with doing vehicle checks on a couple of cars before I bought them (or more importantly, didn't end up buying based on their report). In every instance they have been straight-forward with their advice, realistic about what work needed to be done and what could wait for the next service and have always been clear-cut and fair with their pricing. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop, which is rare in the automotive repair world.
