The new facility is amazing... Dillion was very kind, attentive to the cars needs and explained issues very clearly. Silver Star isn't quick to charge you, but rather assess, diagnose, and discuss. It was very refreshing and built a great customer service relationship. I will stop going to the dealership as they had said and issue I had was a major undertaking and will have to pull part of the car apart. Dillion in a few minutes said, " it was a computer glitch, and we have it working, no problem!" How incredible is that?!?! Customer for life!
