They were very assured they would find the problem and they did. They were courteous. 4 stars because of the part taking so long to get to you.

My back seats to my Ford Explorer stopped working. I could not fold one done to have extra storage in the back and the other one was stuck halfway making it difficult for more storage and not having access to an extra seat. Having these seats not work was a daily frustration with a family of 5. I was recommended to Silver Star by several family members. The first time I took it in Bryce and the team diagnosed the problem and FIXED my seats the same day! The cost for the diagnosis was cheaper than the leading dealership and the fact that they even fixed my seats that same day it was really impressive. A week later my seats had stopped working again. I had joined a carpool and really needed the seats working or at least upright and useable. Kendal at Silver Star was so understanding of my dilemma and got me in right away and made it right. Bryce and Scott worked on it. Unfortunately they suspect there is a deeper issue but took the time to get my seats upright and useable until we can bring the car back to get the seats fixed. They made sure that I was left with a functioning and did this all free of charge!! They went above and beyond and showed genuine care with my little dilemma. I trust and highly appreciate Scott and his team and how they do the right thing!! Thank you Silver Star we will be back!

2013 Ford F-150 3.5 Twin Turbo Highly recommend to take your vehicle here Took my truck in for the head gasket replacement, alignment and transmission fluid flush. Staff was very friendly and communicative from when I took my truck in, while it was in the shop, all until I picked it up. I received numerous updates while it was in the shop and was never in the dark. Picked my truck up and it's running great. I couldn't be happier. I was nervous considering my truck is twin turbo and a complicated car to work on. But again, the work was outstanding and I couldn't be happier.
