Silver Star is awesome! Great customer service and they make quick work of taking care of what my car needs every time. The owner is very humble, and I can tell his quality character is a big influence on the great work culture they have and the customer service they provide. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else in the Greater Spokane area.

Such an amazing group of people. I’m an inquisitive mind so I want to know as much about what’s going on and why… not to question them but just to understand better. They take the time to look at options, provide insight, and explain things in a way that makes sense. They are patient and polite, and are eager to help me feel at ease with the situation. Dylan, Thomas, Scott, and the gal at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name which makes me a terrible person) are like a bunch of people you just wanna grab a beer with… and then pay to fix your ride, which they will do, and get it back better than new.

We took our automobile in for an oil change and they were great at keeping us informed on when it would be done. We appreciate that and we keep bringing it in for this service instead of taking it to the dealer.
